Once an item is sent to the kitchen it cannot be resent. This is useful to prevent items from being reprinted but also in the case of “print on submit being enabled” where a customer submits a phone order with plans to pay upon pickup. The order is created as a tab and sent using the print function, but the order will not print a second time when the order is officially submitted and paid.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select the General Settings tab.
3. In the Print Items/Kitchen Printing section, select Enabled from the dropdown menu under ALLOW ONLY ONE SUCCESSFUL PRINT PER ITEM.
4. Scroll down and press Save.
