Create a ticket
Go to Tickets in the main navigation menu.
Press Add+.
Enter Ticket name.
Press OK.
Add a product to the ticket. The product(s) will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Press the + icon or swipe to the right to increase the quantity of that product. To remove that product, press the - icon or swipe to the left.
Collect a payment
To collect payment, open the ticket and press the card icon in the upper right corner.
If they are paying with cash, choose from preset values or one of the alternative options (CUSTOM, EXACT AMT, SPLIT *see collect a split payment*)
Press Confirm in the upper right corner.
If the customer wants a receipt, press PRINT, EMAIL or SMS (text message).
Press NEXT > to move on to the next transaction.
Collect a split payment
If part of that split payment is in cash, press SPLIT under Cash. If part of that split payment is by card, press SPLIT under Credit Card.
In the popup window, enter a custom value or select one of the fractions.
Press OK.
To collect the remaining payment in cash, select a preexisting dollar value, press EXACT AMNT or CUSTOM to enter a custom value.
To collect the remaining payment by card, press TAKE PAYMENT under Credit Card.
Press Confirm in the upper right corner.
If the customer wants a receipt, press PRINT, EMAIL or SMS (text message).
Press NEXT > to move on to the next transaction.
Pay with gift card
On the payment screen, enter the gift card number in the corresponding field.
Check the balance and/or press COLLECT to redeem that value or CUSTOM to redeem a specific amount from that gift card.
If the customer changes their mind and does not want that gift card applied to their order, press DELETE.
Press Confirm in the upper right corner.
If the customer wants a receipt, press PRINT, EMAIL or SMS (text message).
Press NEXT > to move on to the next transaction.
Close a ticket
Press the ticket you want to close.
Remove all items from the cart.
Return to the Tickets screen.
Press the Close button associated with the ticket you want to close.
